Trailer Mounted, diesel driven complete with spark arrestor and chalwyn valve capable of delivering pressures between 0 and 12,000 p.s.i, at varying flow rates. Ideal for cleaning tube bundles, removing scale etc.
Lorry Mounted
Diesel driven fitted with spark arrestor and chalwyn valve capable of delivering pressures between 0 and 15,000 p.s.i., at varying flow rates. In addition this unit can carry a water supply onboard specifically for use in areas with limited or no water supply available. Ideal for moving about a plant and cleaning tube bundles, drains, removing rubber deposits etc.
Ultra High Pressure
Trailer mounted, diesel driven complete with spark arrestor and chalwyn valve capable of delivering pressures between 0 and 29,0000 p.s.i., at 4 gallons per minute. This unit is ideal for the removal or cutting of very hard deposits such as polymers, cement, ceramics, hard rubbers, plastics etc. Various accessories are available for use in conjunction with this unit such as:-
- Surface Preparation Equipment
- This equipment is capable of removing paint, epoxy resins, special coatings including glass flake, fire proofing, rust, corrosion etc., from surfaces and will reveal the original profile without any added abrasives.
- Cold Cutting
- Using a pneumatically operated drive assembly and manipulator fitted with an abrasive mixer head, this unit can be used to cut through metal plates, structures, tanks, pipes etc. under cold work conditions.
Hot/Cold Water
Trailer mounted, diesel driven hot/cold washer fitted with spark arrestor and chalwyn valve capable of delivering pressures between 0 and 4,000 p.s.i, at various temperatures and incorporates a metering device to allow the addition of detergents to aid the cleaning work. Ideal for wash walls, oil spills decontaminating tank internals etc.
We have a host of specialised equipment to aid any application that may be required from jetting a 5/16th tube to a 40’ diameter tank eliminating the need for man entry.
